Assassin’s Creed have come out with the next instalment of their series, which is called Assassins Creed Unity.
Unity does separate itself from previous instalments in the series in a number of ways, with the most significant things being the introduction of a cooperative multiplayer option for the campaign mode, with a maximum of four players being able to join in, and the capability to customise your character’s abilities to match your style of play, and improve upon them through a skill tree found in many different games.
The story line follows the activities of Arno Dorian, a Frenchmen who’s father was assassinated, and was adopted by a new family as a result, only to have his adopted father assassinated as well. In his quest for revenge, he winds up in the Brotherhood of Assassins, where he acquires the skills needed to complete the quest. All of this is overshadowed by the ongoing war of independence happening in France.
